My Brother Has Celiac Spruce And I Have Been Eating

My brother has celiac spruce and I have been eating a gluten free diet for about a month. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and they gave me breaded chicken and I went ahead and ate it . My stomach swelled so bad and sour belches and gas and Diarrhea. I have not been diagnosed with gluten sensitivity but I have done so much better this past month not eating gluten. What do you think.?
