My Brother Has Frontocortical Dementia (Pick Disease). He Is Starting

My brother has frontocortical Dementia (Pick disease). he is starting to demonstrate some muscular weekness.
HE HAD BEEN STILL PLAYING TENNIS TWO MONTHS AGO. hE I IN GOOD HEALTH EXCEPT SADLY FOR THE DEMENTIA SYMPTOMS.
I am a pathologist. Nevertheless the family keeps asking me questions about the disease symptoms, such as : should we get him a home trainer, massages etc. It is too hot in south of France for Tennis now. Should he have a home trainer. Please advise
