My brother has lung cancer. He has gone thru chemo and radiation treatment. He will not go back to the doctors and is now spitting up blood, and his ankles & feet are very swollen, he is using his oxygen 24/7 now. He refuses to go to the doctor. I think he needs to go to the hospital, do you think this is the correct step to take?
