My Brother In Law Age 52 Just Arrived Home From

My brother in law age 52 just arrived home from hospital today after a heart cath and angioplasty. As soon as he was in the house he thought he was going to black out, had temporary peripheral vision loss, headache, and tingling in arm up back of neck. This all quickly resolved. Does he need to go to ER?
