My Brother In Law Had A Fall During Skiing And

My brother in law had a fall during skiing and a couple of days later flew from France to Florida. He has a terrible headache and went to get an Mri today. It showed a small subdural hematoma. He said the radiologist said he can wait until tomorrow to see a neurologist. Is this ok? I would have thought he would be watched at a hospital.
