My Brother Is 102 Fever Now And Passed Loose Motion

My brother is 102 fever now and passed loose motion once. Day before yesterday he had fever but no motions issue. Yesterday he was fine. I have given him Dolo650 an ORS as prescribed by doctor.
I want know if this fever pattern indicates dengue or just common viral fever ??
