My Brother Is 11 Years Old With An Inflamed Liver

My brother is 11 years old with an inflamed liver and alt levels of 167 and at levels of 356. He has been to a childrens hospital and he has been getting his blood drawn every day since he left the hospital. They still don't know what is wrong. Are there any suggestions what it could be or what they could do? Or look for?
