My Brother Is 35 Years Old And Had Been Experiencing

My brother is 35 years old and had been experiencing some praranoia behaviour. He works for the canadian miltary. The doctors have done some Ct scan and MRI of the brain and found some brain atrophy. They also took his spinal fluid and found 14-3-3 proteins indicating he possibly has CJD. We are devasated with the results. I know there is no cure but is there any treatment trails or drugs that are under reaserch that we can try? Please help
