My Brother Is 65 Had An Ulcer To Bust Bout

My brother is 65 had an ulcer to bust Bout a year ago.they had to take out 40 percent of his stomach lining.then he got a stump leak, and had raw bowels running in his stomach for months before they tried to fix it .which led to multiple able severe infections.developed congestive heart failure. Now he has had a heart attack and has lost all but 20 percent heart function from the damage.he weighs bout 124 lbs.what are we looking at now.
