My Brother Is Diagnosed With T.B. But In Addition This

My brother is diagnosed with T.B. but in addition this problem of fluid /mucus observed at the back of lungs again and again .Doctor says that due to thickness pasted at this portion fluid is not to flow from that side and creats this problem.he continuous take the antibiotics so no symptom of fever etc. Seen. Pl. Advise
