My Brother Is Having Strange Symptoms. He Has Be Diagnosed

My brother is having strange symptoms. He has be diagnosed with IBS in the past. For the past week he has had a tryponin level of 3. When he gets spells of turning ashen, chest pressure, and feelings of heat that go down his arms to his hands he also spikes a B/P of 170/105. His cardiologist at the hospital asked if he ever had gall bladder problems. - Any ideas?
