My Brother Is In The Hospital- I Am Heading There

My brother is in the hospital- I am heading there tomorrow. He has had heart surgery years ago, now has cancer that has spread to his pancreas and hip, and is about to go on chemo next week for the 3rd time. Started as neuroendocrine cancer of the lacrimal sac.... Fast forward, he had 3 transfusions of blood in the last 2 days, and hemoglobin falling slightly in the 9.x range...9.1 last I heard. The thing I'm super concerned about is his BP has been dropping all day and is Lowe than 60/45.... Shoul his advocate be making major issues about this?
My brother is 63.
