My Brother Is In The Hospital Right Now And Doctors

My brother is in the hospital right now and doctors are trying to find out what is wrong. He fell and had severe pain that started with his back then to his stomach and neck. It got to the point where he couldn't walk and didn't have bowel movements for 2 weeks. His lungs were covered with fluid so they tried draining that. They said he has some type of bacteria but couldn't tell us what kind. Now they are saying the fluid is surrounding his heart, lungs and spine. Many tests were taken, but nothing seems to be working. Now his testes are the size of a baseball.
He is also unable to walk. still has severe pain.
