MILD DECREASE IN AMPLITUDE OF BILATERAL POSTERIOR TIBIAL AND MC, REDUCED CMAP AMPLITUDE BILATERAL COMMON PERONEAL

In interrpretation section, the doctor has mentioned :
POLYNEUROPATHY(MOTOR) AXONAL TYPE ...
