My Brother Is Suffering From Vocal Card Cancer Since 2011.

My brother is suffering from vocal card cancer since 2011. Vocal card removed through operation and doctors says that cancer is fully cured but his food pipe upper area is blocked and he is unable to take liquid food and drink also. Some time we try endoscopy dilution but food pipe as it is.. plz give ur valuable advice through email or phone.0000
