My Brother Is Taking Sertraline 50 Mg Daily And Ativan

My brother is taking sertraline 50 mg daily and Ativan 1mg twice daily for depression and anxiety. He does drink beer 2-3 per night and has noted more intrusive thoughts and panic attacks. I advised him to stop alcohol. His doctor recently increased his sertraline dose to 50.
