My Brother Just Passed Away A Few Hours Ago And

My brother just passed away a few hours ago and when we found him he had blood on his nose what could cause that he was a severe diabetic he had part of his foot amputated a few months ago and was in an out of hospital due to infection and had congestive heart failure.
