My Brother Was Detected With Dengye 13 Days Back, His

My brother was detected with dengye 13 days back, his platelets went very low but now he has recovered with platelets but the fever has not gone yet since last 15 days. He was admitted during fever also and also had drip . Now could you please help me to know what could be the reason of fever and what should be done.
