My Brother Was Found Dead Laying In The Floor With

My brother was found dead laying in the floor with blood coming from his nose and mouth along with other body fluids causing a rather large puddle around his head. He had high BP and had been experiencing a headache and blurred vision the day before. Could this have been a stroke or heart attack?
