My Brother Was On Phenobarbital When He Was Young Due

My brother was on phenobarbital when he was young due to being dropped in the nursery. He is very rash and angry sometimes and can be the kindest person at other times. He is 62v years old now and has removed his relationships with his very large family. Is this behavior seen in closed head trauma?
