My Brother Who Was 43 Died Unexpectedly From A Perforated

My brother who was 43 died unexpectedly from a perforated intestine. What are the symptoms. He was severely bloated before death and could not pass a bowel movement (and was crying because of the severe pain)and projectile vomiting. He went to the doctor at 2:00. He had a elevated heart rate but sent home with the flu.Six hours later he was dead. After projectile vomiting he passed out and was unresponsive. My mother tried do CPR. While doing so he was bleeding from mouth,eyes and ears. What caused that? Was he already dead?Because paramemedics tried to use heart paddles four to six different time at one point he had a heart rate was 60 but no pulse. Should this has been detected at the doctors and been admitted to the hospital? Or when he had his endoscopy in mid March? The autopsy said cause of death was perforated intestine and initiated by Meckels Diverticulum.He was a healthy person and we never even knew he had Meckels Diverticulitum because he had no signs of it. If you can answer my questions that would be so appreciated.Thank you.
