My Brother's Heart Is Functioning At 30% , Weak, And

My brother's heart is functioning at 30% , weak, and his kidneys same. This week at the Regina General he has had 2 treatments of kidney dialysis, get rid of fluid in his body, then 2 treatments again next 2 weeks.
Doctors will decide after 6 treatments -dialysis- what to do next. My brother had 5 by passes in the year 2010.
Mark's aorta valve is narrowing so, the cardiac specialist is planning to open it up by ballooning -stint?
Hopefully improve functioning of his heart - fluid buildup there and kidneys? sister Theresa What do you think ?
