My Butt Felt Numb And At First I Thought Nothing

My butt felt numb and at first i thought nothing of it so i gave it a day but after it didnt go away i became more worried. Its not my whole butt that feels numb just a small part near the anus. I can't tell if i have a lump of some sort since it lacks feelings. I am scared and plan to go see a doctor tomorrow.
