My Butthole Really Itches. It's Been Itching For A Few

My butthole really itches. It's been itching for a few weeks now. I thought it was hemorrhoids, so I bought cream for that. Didn't help. If I walk a lot during the day it itches really bad, and at night it usually itches. Once, after a long day of walking, my butt was on fire. I went to poop and my but was bleeding. Not bad at all but a little red. I don't think it's hemorrhoids. This issue is driving my crazy!! Please help!
