My Capsule Stuck In My Throat Just Near The End

My capsule stuck in my throat just near the end of neck it was of isotretinoin suggested by dermetologist for oil glands i drink enty of water i can talk breath but i can feell that its just at the end i try to vomite but not helping i dont think so its only the sensation
