My Cardiologist Put Me On Xarelto 20mg Once A Day

My cardiologist put me on Xarelto 20mg once a day and said I should continue taking Clopidogrel 75mg once per day, which I have been taking for 3 years. Additionally, I take Omega 3 1000mg once a day. Does this sound ok or do you think I should see a different cardiologist?
