My Cardionet Monitor Constantly Shows 'Wire Off', All I Have

My cardionet monitor constantly shows 'Wire Off', all I have to to is to push the patch a little, then, the warning goes away, but, 'Record a sympton' button comes up. I never see a 'Record Symptom' without the 'wire off' message. Does this mean I constantly have symptoms? All the monitor beeping keeps me awake all day and all night, I am tired
