My Case Is Medullary Sponge Kidney And In 2012 20%

My case is medullary sponge kidney and in 2012 20% blockage at one point was detected in heart . In 2015 mild Hypertrophy was detected in heart. S. Cretinine is ranging 1.0 to 1.2 since 2001. I was recommended Amlodipine % mg in 1999 . Again in 2006 Amlodipine 5 mg and atenolol 25 mg was advised . In 2012 , Tazloc trio was advised which I used up to 2013 but it was giving uneasiness. I again switch over on amolodipine %5 mg and atenolol 25 mg . This combination is keeping me right with BP of 130-40/ 80-90. But doctor are saying me to take Tazloc trio . What should I take ?
