My Cat Has A Wet Rolling Cough. Since The Weather

My cat has a wet rolling cough. Since the weather has gotten milder he likes to spend the night outside. This morning he came in, didn't eat and went quietly upstairs. He seemed slow to climb the stairs.
He is a young cat and is usually full of energy.
