My Cat Has Not Been Eating Normally Or Had A

My cat has not been eating normally or had a bowl movement in a week. I changed his cat food and he has vomited three times his nose is also dry. He is also wheezing and not bathing himself.... none of this is normal for him at all he is a shorthair domestic house cat... please can you help me
