My Cat Was Throwing Up And Was A A House

My cat was throwing up and was a a house cat.But sometimes would sometimes sneak out if someone open the door to wide and would sneak und my double wide trailer.Then when he got sick he has been gone for rwo 1/2 weeks. Usually he would only go for a couple of days, very seldom.
