My Chest X-Ray Shows My Lungs Are Dark In The

My chest X-Ray shows my lungs are dark in the bottom and I have a a knot on my side where my liver is and on my back where my kidney is. I have been sick for 15 months. I can't get a deep breath, had my gall bladder removed, nauseated. Was tested for A1TD. It was negative. Need answers!
