My Chest Is Hurting Every Time I Take Deep Breaths.

My chest is hurting every time I take deep breaths. I feel like something is tighting up in my chest when I try to take deep breaths. I also have burning pain in front of my chest as well as stabbing pain in my back. Its very painful. I feel like I cant breath at times
