My Child 13yrs Weight 69kg Height 5feet 7inches Has Undergone

My child 13yrs weight 69kg height 5feet 7inches has undergone macroscopic surgery two days back(monday,3.00pm).He was discharged on Tuesday at 8.00 pm . Yesterday onwards he had started getting fever 103°F with chills. We have given him Metal P 2 tabs this morning. What else should he be given. What else should we do. He has no abdominal pain.
