My Child (3yr Boy) Is Every Time Having Cold, When

My child (3yr boy) is every time having cold, When i shown him to pediatrician and ent they asked to take x-ray. In x-ray they found some clot below eyes (sinus). But we suspect that it is blood cot , because he had fall down to a wood before 2 months.
