My Child Got Into A Toilet Tank That My Husband

My child got into a toilet tank that my husband was working on and left open. He reached into to the water I am assuming because his arm was wet. There is a clorox toilet tablet in there. The tablet did not look to have been bitten, and his mouth did not have any tidbits in it. but he was coughing like it took his breath away. He looks and acts fine. His mouth did not smell much like clorox. I think he may have put his hand in his mouth. Anythink I should worry about.
