My Child Has Been Having Lots Of Urinary Tract Infections,

My child has been having lots of urinary tract infections, Enuresis and abdominal pain. The ultrasound report states the following:

The urinary bladder outlines normally with a pre-micturition volume of 170mls and reduces to 22mls post micturition.

The left kidney measures an upper limits of normal. Lt Kidney = 8.7cm The right kidney measures above the 90th centile 9.7cms (Measurements taken in prone position) ? Duplex kidneys. The right Kidney appears otherwise normal.

Before micturition there is a moderate dilatation of the pelvicalyceal system in the left Kidney with a renal pelvis transverse AP diameter of 13.4 mm which reduces to 6.5mm post-micturition. There is also dilatation of the left ureter in its entire length noted before micturition. This is reduced post-micturition.

My daughter is 4 but turns 5 this March. My question is what does this all mean in lay terms and what are the possible causes for the problem?
