My Child Has Been Having Night Terrors, Constant And Very

My child has been having night terrors, constant and very consistent screaming fits.. .. He's very nervous in new places like the grocery store for example.... He refuses to eat. If we can get him to eat a small sandwich we r lucky... We has Trouble sleeping time when he can go two or more days with no sleep ... I was told this is normal toddler behavior (he just turned 2 last month) but I've also been told these r signs of autism.. What could it possibly be? I'm worried
