My Child Has Had A Rash Since Last Wednesday. He

My child has had a rash since last Wednesday. He has it all over torso, neck even on side of face. He has no other symptoms. I have gave him benadyrl. I also took him to CVS minute clinic because dr office was closed. They say it is viral and to take him to his dr. I just checked him a few minutes and obviously he needs to go back to dr. It has not gone away and I am wondering what would this be and what kind of treatment could you do for a rash that has NO other symptoms. It's crazy. As far as I know there has been no other change like detergents or soaps or anything like that. He is running around wild and acts like nothing is bothering him and does not complain about itching at all either. Ok. I am done now. I can send you a picture if that helps
