My Child Has Had Issues With Her Bowels Since She

My child has had issues with her bowels since she was very little, very difficult to potty train and then doctor recommended miralax daily . Miralax was given and then she has had loose stools despite changing dosing of miralax . I don't think she recognizes or feels the neurological feeling to move bowels and continues to has accidents . She is now 7 years old and was wondering if you think she should have further testing.
