My Child Is 15 Years Old Female She Has Been

My child is 15 years old female she has been diagnosed of sciatic nerve problem . The pain from her spine run down to into the bum area and is painful. She feels like bones rubbing on each other and on the side of leg on the top is numb. How can You help my child.
