My Child Is 3yrs 2mnths Old.He Was Having Fever Nd

My child is 3yrs 2mnths old.He was having fever nd cough.I visited a doctor nd he gave him levolin(sos) Budecort& Duolin with zyrcold.His fever has gone but his cough still is there.we r worried as today is the 3rd day he is still having cough and after giving the antidot named augmentin dds 5.4gm 30ml he is only sleeping whole day what should I do is it normal or shall I visit a doctor again??
