My Child Is 4 Years Old He Is Having Stomach

My child is 4 years old he is having stomach pain and we went to Dr,and f2f suggested to take metrogyl,Cyclopam,and lactobacil-plus and he doesn't have fever that time after returning home at night he got slight fever we have given him Dr suggested after the food later he got fever of 101.4f can we give meftal-p along with the previously said prescribed medicines
