My Child Is 5 And Has Had This Horrible Couch

My child is 5 and has had this horrible couch now for 2 weeks and throwing up I have been giving him medicine but nothing is semming to help I was gonna call his doctor tomorrow but was wanting to ask in what I should do bc he keeps getting this back and I have no clue why
