My Child Is 8 Months Old N Is In His

My child is 8 months old n is in his teething phase. Its been over a week now that he is unwell. V cranky. High temp. And very very restless. He has viral fever too n motions n vomit n what not. At night he contionusly kreps on crying. Actually shouting with pain. I really dnt knw what to do
