My Child Is On Morphine Due To Mother Being On

My child is on morphine due to mother being on methadone , he is currently on strength .25 ml with a .7 ml dose 4 times daily. He ran out of morphine. Now I had a bottle with a strenght of .2 ml , is it a good idea to give him 1.0 ml or is that too much he seems to be alright just a little worried about it ?
