My Child Of 9 Fell Over Recently And The Bruise

My child of 9 fell over recently and the bruise around the knee is getting bigger, whilst keeping an eye on it. I have noticed that a lot of veins suddenly seemed to have started showing on the sides of her thighs, is this something to worry about or is it due to her growing. Thanks
