My Child Suffering From High Fever (100-104) Since Last 4

My child suffering from high fever (100-104) since last 4 days for first 3 days doctor has given cefixime and azithromycin and now from 4th day he has given clamp kid forte but today on 5 day the fever is in same condition. It subsides for the time in which we give meftal p and paracetamol.
What to do further ??
