My Child Was Recently Prescribed Vyvanse For ADHD. He Started

My child was recently prescribed Vyvanse for ADHD. He started taking the med yesterday and never went to sleep at all last night. Took it again this morning and was not even thinking of sleep at bedtime. I gave him a dose on Benadryl, he went to sleep in no time. Should I contact the doctor about changing the Vyvanse to something else??
