My Clitoris Has Been Itching For Weeks And Now I

My clitoris has been itching for weeks and now I have red spots all over my vulva and clitoris. I have one red itchy bump on the right side of my vulva. The red spots don't itch but now it looks like it has spread to my anus. My skin is very dry down there as well. I've had a yeast infection for a while now due to antibiotics I've been taking for about 2 months. I used Monistat for the yeast infection which helped but now I have red spots all over my vulva and it looks irritated what could this be?
